International Folkdance Party
Sunday, May 24, 3:40-7:00pm
The International Folkdance movement has become a way to promote cross cultural understanding. Ever since the first Folklife, International Folkdancers have formed some of the largest dance populations in Seattle and have been a major part of the festival. With increased interest in ethnic music over the years, Folkdancers have greatly expanded their dance repertoire. Come experience and learn about these European dance traditions. Join us at 3:40 for an introductory workshop; dancing begins at 4pm!
