Volunteer at the Festival

NW Folklife Festival Volunteers

Volunteers are an essential part of the Northwest Folklife Festival! Every year, nearly 800 volunteers staff our entrances, information booths, registration and more to make sure we have the most welcoming community arts Festival in the city. Northwest Folklife depends on volunteers to make the Festival happen.

Ready for Northwest Folklife 2016? This year, we have more volunteer positions than ever and need your help to make the 45th anniversary of Northwest Folklife the best yet! We rely on you to make YOUR community powered festival happen, so pick up a couple of shifts and join our efforts in supporting multi-cultural community engagement!

Register to Volunteer On-Site!

Applications are now closed, but if you are still interested in volunteering, please visit us at Volunteer Registration located in the Next 50 Pavilion Annex, next to the Monorail during the Festival to see what we have open! Email volunteers@nwfolklife.org with questions.
