Roots & Branches, a series of recordings from Northwest Folklife, presents stellar live performances mined from four decades of extraordinary programs. Live from the 2011 Festival is the third release of the series. The disc features some of the dynamic musical traditions that make the Northwest Folklife Festival the premier community arts festival in the nation.
