Living Green Courtyard Applications
Welcome to 2012 Living Green Courtyard Application. We are accepting applications for all types of merchants and non-profits with sustainable, repurposed, and otherwise sustainable products for the 2012 Northwest Folklife Festival.
The deadline for the Living Green Courtyard applications for the 2012 Northwest Folklife Festival is March 16th, 2012.
NOTE: There is a conflict with the photo upload function and a number of versions of the Safari browser. We recommend that if you are using Safari that you either switch to another browser you already have or download FireFox or Google Chrome.
NOTE: If you have trouble completing the online application, please contact us at merchants@nwfolklife.org so we may assist you in resolution of the problem.
IMPORTANT CHANGES TO ONLINE APPLICATIONS This year, Northwest Folklife has updated and modified vendor applications. As a result:
- Applicants will no longer be able to save their application information to review, update, and submit at a later date. Please plan on completing your application in one sitting and make sure to review your application information before clicking "submit."
- Look for the "tool tips" feature! By mousing over a field, additional information for some of the application questions is provided.
- Payment of booth and technical fees this year is by credit or debit card only. When filling out the application, you will be asked to enter your credit card details. Your card will be charged only if you are selected to participate in the festival.
- Be sure to fill out every field with a red asterisk * new to it. The application will not submit if you leave one of these fields blank.

PLEASE NOTE: In order to qualify to apply under the Non-Profit category, your organization must be "green" and/or environmentally-focussed, and you may not sell any products from your booth.
