Vend at the Festival - the Uncommon Market

Welcome to 2012 Uncommon Market Vendor Application. We are accepting applications for all types of handicraft and import booths for the 2012 Northwest Folklife Festival. Booth pricing is the same as last year, with booth spaces starting at $340.00, up to $435.00 plus commission of 15% for sales over $500.

The deadline for the Uncommon Market vendor applications for the 2011 Northwest Folklife Festival is January 28th, 2011.

NOTE: There is a conflict with the photo upload function and a number of versions of the Safari browser. We recommend that if you are using Safari that you either switch to another browser you already have or download FireFox or Google Chrome.

NOTE: If you have trouble completing the online application, please contact us at merchants@nwfolklife.org so that we may assist you in resolving the problem.

IMPORTANT CHANGES TO ONLINE APPLICATIONS
This year, Northwest Folklife has updated and modified vendor applications. As a result,

  • Applicants will no longer be able to save their application information to review, update, and submit at a later date. Please plan on completing your application in one sitting and make sure to review your application information before clicking "submit."
  • Look for the "tool tips" feature! By mousing over a field, additional information for some of the application quesions is provided.
  • Payment of booth and technical fees this year is by credit or debit card only. When filling out the application, you will be asked to enter your credit card details. Your card will be charged only if you are selected to participate in the festival.
