Annual Pierogi Fest

Pierogi Fest is an annual festival celebrating Polish Culture and Heritage at the Polish Cultural Center, in Capitol Hill neighborhood. The event is organized by the Polish Home Foundation with cooperation of the Ladies Auxiliary of the Polish Home. The Festival offers traditional food – delicious Pierogi (Polish dumplings,) sausages, pastries, coffee, tea and beer. Throughout the program, performances by Polish folk groups and workshop related to Polish culture and culinary traditions take place. Vendor booths present Polish themed products, such as traditional costumes, pottery, and others. Guests of the festival pay for food and drinks while all the entertainment and workshops are free. The event runs between 11:30 am and 4 pm.
