Día de los Muertos Festival

Celebrate Día de los Muertos (Day of the Dead), a Mexican holiday honoring our deceased loved ones and commemorating their lives. All are welcome at this free, family-friendly festival.
The celebration begins with a community procession and dedication of a traditional altar for offerings to the deceased. Enjoy live music and dance, decorate sugar skulls, do arts & crafts, get your face painted, taste pan de muerto, and drink Mexican hot chocolate.

* A fabulous raffle to benefit PNA’s Spanish language cooperative preschool
The procession starts in the Phinney Center Upper Parking Lot at 3 pm.
Dinner food will be available for purchase (details coming soon).
Some fine print:
Ofrendas: Bring your offerings (pictures, mementos, small items) to the Phinney Center before or during the event to be included on the altar. (You can pick them back up at the Phinney Center by November 11).
Please note: This event is free and open to all! Some crafts and activities do have a suggested donation of $2. If you are able to contribute, please bring a bit of cash. ¡Gracias!
