Korinda Zenekar is a Hungarian dance house band that is one of the youngest regular bands with over ten years of music experience. Most have learned from „Mentés Másként Trió” and Andras Hodorog who is from Moldva. They also learned the music from the original recordings and love playing the music because of its simplicity, but they also have their own unique interpretations. The main music is the Moldavian Csango folk music along with other related areas such as Gyimes, Barcaság, Székely, and the surrounding eastern Romanian folk music. This quartet’s lineup is a more intimate and archaic sound, which demonstrates the simplicity and richness of emotion in the best of Hungarian and Romanian folk heritage.
