Seattle Balkan Dancers present Night Out for Folklife
November 22, 2013 @ 8:00 pm - 11:00 pm$15
Seattle Balkan Dancers invites all who love Balkan dance to party for the benefit of the Northwest Folklife Festival and Seattle Balkan Dancers on Friday November 22. We’ll warm up the floor to recorded music starting at 8pm and then Druzba will play a set showing off new band members and an expanded repertoire. We’ll have a break with recorded music to change bands and Sazerac will close the evening with a hot set to send you dancing through the night.
Suggested donation $15. For this benefit, the Seattle Balkan Dancers board of directors will cover the rent so every dollar at the door will go to the beneficiaries.
If you become a Friend of Folklife at the $100 level at the door, you get free admission – no further contribution will be asked at the door.
Volunteers sought to help set-up, run the door, keep the kitchen clean and organized, and close the party down. If you can volunteer, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
So Friday November 22, bring party food to share and come support these two great organizations – the Northwest Folklife Festival and your host, Seattle Balkan Dancers. Doors open at 7:30pm.
