Wing Luke Museum's Story Time with Eth-Noh-Tec's Asian Treasure Bag of Stories

Tales of a greedy noodle eater, a clever trickster outwitting the bully village chief, and monkeys in the tree try to reach for the moon… all of these Asian Folk tales come alive on stage through the storytelling magic of Eth-Noh-Tec. Featuring Nancy Wang and Robert Kikuchi-Yngojo, longstanding creators in the Asian American cultural movement, their storytelling is a wonderful treat for the eyes, ears and imagination of all people of all ages. Original founders of the Filipino Kulintang gong music phenomenon in California, they shifted from traditional music and dance to NEO-traditional storytelling. Eth-Noh-Tec interweaves storytelling with music, movement and dramatic theater that is at once a blend of East-West! They performed in such notable venues as Inaugural Celebrations for Presidents for both Clinton and Obama, Wolftrap Virginia, the Smithsonian Discovery Theater, and the National Storytelling Festival of Jonesborough TN.
